Private Celebration

For a wonderful private client with a deep love for Africa, Pastiche Events had the pleasure of bringing the spirit of Africa to the heart of Amsterdam at the iconic ARTIS zoo.

From location scouting, concept development and styling to full production, invitation, entertainment and logistics - we took care of every detail to create a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.

Guests began the day with coffee in the iconic Tiger Hall, followed by a morning exploring ARTIS - including a preview of the new aquarium, opening in June 2026. Drinks were enjoyed in the Groote Museum before guests gathered for an unforgettable lunch for 100 in the King's Hall.

The space was transformed into a vibrant African savanna, filled with animals, lush greenery, hand calligraphed elephant ears, masked sourdough breads and countless thoughtful details - all surrounded by the warmth, colour and energy of Africa.
